Due to her HR background, Julia's focus lies on corporate vision, product development and operations. For many years prior to founding Lotaro, she worked in management consulting and start-up environments. She founded her own companies and most recently worked at Stryber, the largest strategic corporate venture builder in five countries, as the Chief of Growth and People. Julia has extensive expertise in Modern Leadership and People Development. This also led to LOTARO's vision to make high-quality and relevant training available to everyone.
